What is Greatrounds.com?
Greatrounds.com is offering golfers the chance to play a large variety of courses and resorts Australia has to offer for great prices. Our innovative offers provide opportunities for a variety of experiences and cater for all golf levels. Regular rounds of golf are available exclusively via our website and create accessible opportunities for golfers Australia-wide.

How do I contact you?

Why can't I log into my old account?
Accounts from our old website have been removed/deleted when we launched our new website system on 01 March 2017. All previous customers returning are required to create a new account to complete a purchase.

Can I access my old account vouchers?
Since your old account is deleted we do not have readily available access to these records. To access your expired vouchers please search your email inbox, including junk folder or archives searching for “greatrounds” for a rapid result. Failing that please contact us.

How do I purchase a Greatrounds.com voucher?
Navigate to the voucher you want to add to your cart and click the ‘Buy Now’ button, it will be added to the cart. Open the cart, check the products and click the Checkout Now button. If you aren't logged in you will be prompted to do so, or complete a new account if you do not have one. You will then be taken to the checkout page with Visa, credit/debit card and Paypal payment options. Confirm your order by clicking the Buy Now button and your receipt/voucher will arrive in your email inbox.

If I change my mind on my purchase, can I get a refund?
Once a purchase has been completed, it is a final transaction. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience difficulties with your purchase please send an email outlining your circumstances to admin@greatrounds.com and we will contact you directly to discuss.

What happens if I change my email address?
If your email address changes you will no longer be able to receive communications from greatrounds.com. We require you to re-register each time you wish to change emails, this ensures that we always have your latest contact information so you can always find the best offers available to you.

I am having trouble viewing this website, what can I do?
Our website is best viewed with current internet browsers. We recommend using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via facebook.com/greatrounds if you have any queries.

What do I do if my credit card is not being accepted?

Can I use my voucher in conjunction with another offer from a club?
Our terms with our venues generally are for social tee times nominated by the venue and are not elegible for group bookings and not in conjunction with any other offer, special or event. See the terms and conditions on the voucher page for details.

When I make a purchase am I billed straight away?
Once you have completed payment via credit card or PayPal you will be immediately billed for your purchase. Please note that transactions from Greatrounds.com will appear on your statement from ONLINE GOLF PL.

What is my username?
Your username is your email address provided when you create an account with Greatrounds.com

What if I cannot get on the course before my voucher expires?
Our venues agree to ensure availability and accommodate all Greatrounds.com voucher holders. Voucher terms and conditions specify tee times allocated by the venue and we generally recommend that you book as early as possible (minimum 48 hours) before your preferred tee time and at least two weeks before the voucher expiry date. Golf venues generally have a tee time based booking system so, especially during busy periods and at short notice, the venue may not be able to redeem your voucher at your desired tee time. Vouchers for specific days of play and for holidays can have their own unique booking requirements and you should take care to follow these, see the terms and conditions for the voucher.

I haven’t received my voucher yet, what can I do?
Sometimes your vouchers will not reach your email inbox because they are caught up in junk or spam filters. If you do not receive your vouchers you can access them through your account profile, log on to Greatrounds.com, select ‘My Account’ and you will find your vouchers under the ‘Order History’ tab or you can email us at admin@greatrounds.com

How do I get my venue featured on Greatrounds.com?

How do I ensure my transaction is safe?
Greatrounds.com takes the issue of your credit card security very seriously. Your payment/credit card details are transmitted by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption directly to a secure electronic vault. We do not have access to nor do we store your credit card/payment details on our servers or anywhere else.
